Why does Myoflex not feel warm when I rub it on? Is it working?

Myoflex is different from other rubs because the active ingredient in Myoflex, triethanolamine salicylate (TEAS), is not a counter-irritant. Counter-irritants can create a heating or cooling sensation on the skin by causing irritation or mild inflammation of the skin.

In contrast, TEAS penetrate into aching muscles and joints to deliver effective pain relief to the site of pain.

Does Myoflex contain acetylsalicylic acid (ASA)?

No. Myoflex does not contain acetylsalicylic acid (ASA).

Can I use Myoflex if I am pregnant?

Prior to using any drug during pregnancy, your physician should be consulted.
